At WallToWallCarpets, we aspire to ensure customer satisfaction and a hassle-free experience for you. We stock only the best quality of rugs, carpets, and floor coverings, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund or return of the said product.

Eligibility For Returns

A product from our store is eligible for return, if:

  • The product is in original condition
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and uninstalled
  • The invoice, original packaging, and tags are attached
  • Custom-made products are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

No-Return Items

Any item from our store does not qualify for a return or exchange, if:

  • Customized for a specific customer
  • Purchased on sale, discount, or clearance
  • Damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer

Refund Process

  • Once you have requested a return, exchange, or refund, your item will be inspected and reviewed by our team.
  • We will inspect the item to determine its eligibility for return, exchange, or refund.
  • If the product qualifies for refund, the refund transaction will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The original payment method will be followed for the refund.
  • Shipping, handling, and installation charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was mishandled by our team.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you have received a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us of the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images & videos of the damaged or defective item
  • Our team will inspect and approve/reject the product for a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the severity of damage.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed and order but changed your mind later:

  • Make a cancellation request within 24 hours of order placement
  • Custom orders are NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation once their production has begun

Regions Eligible For Returns & Exchanges

Products and items that are only purchased for the United Arab Emirates are eligible for our return, exchange, or refund criteria. International returns, exchange, and refunds are currently unavailable. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our shipping and refunds can face delays, and we apologize for that in advance.
