Conditions

Shipping and delivery can be affected by many variables. Despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances can cause shipping and delivery delays. Manufacturing demand, weather conditions, and availability of stock can also affect our order processing. We advise against scheduling installation services for our products until the product has been delivered to your address. Any disruption or delay in shipping and delivery will result in failure to meet your schedule for installation.

We can not be held liable for such circumstances. Our store only shares approximated delivery dates. We are not responsible for failure of delivery on the approximated date unless the delay was caused by our manufacturers or processing team.

Order Processing Time

The standard duration of order processing and shipment is within 7-10 business days. Once order and payment confirmation has been received, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly. Custom orders require additional processing time due to their unique nature of manufacturing.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated individually for all orders based on the item’s weight, shipping method, shipping region, and other special requests.

Our shipping and delivery services are available all over the United Arab Emirates. Our nationwide deliveries are quick and seamless. International shipments are currently unavailable and any updates on the matter will be notified in our Shipping Policy on our website.

We offer standard shipping for all orders in the UAE. Your shipment’s tracking number will be sent to your contact number by the courier. You can track the timeline of your order’s delivery

Quick Shipment Options

We provide quick shipping and next day shipping for nationwide orders. Our quick shipments are delivered within 1-3 business days. For same day or next day delivery, the order must be placed before 2PM GST.

Once your order has been delivered to your address, our team will contact you for delivery confirmation.

Orders above AED 200 can qualify for free delivery in the United Arab Emirates.
